Ball Dynamics products are guaranteed to be the highest quality available. However, if you're not 100% satisfied with any Ball Dynamics product, we'll replace it or refund your money within 30 days of the date of purchase. Replacement or refund are the only remedies for returned product. Shipping charges are not refundable.
